Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, under the rules of the Brazilian Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Portuguese unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
Modifications
